In my 4.5 years in JP Morgan, I have been part of the finance & business management team in two businesses, Global Investment Banking and Global Corporate Banking. During my stint I was involved in Client reporting & P&A related activities.Global Investment Banking Worked with the Investment Banking team in JP Morgan supporting North America and Latin America Business Mangers and CFO. - Primary tasks include management reporting of revenue/expenses & headcount for North America & Latin America Banking. - Managing and coordinating annual budget cycles, presenting business performance reviews to senior management. - Monthly forecast of revenue expenses and headcount. - Preparation of coverage banker allocations to the various businesses. - Client & Product Pnls - Handling multiple adhocs related to expense & revenues - Supporting industry & Country Quarterly Business Reviews. - Year end coverage banker scorecards. - Market competitor analysis by wallet and volume focusing on the major deals and league table ranking. - Quarterly T&E reports for coverage bankers.- Involved in various projects related to business growth, client restructuring, risk and technology.Global Corporate BankingThe GCB Bankers usually caters to provide corporate banking solutions to clients in the locations in which they operate. The bankers usually cross sell products in Treasury Services, Investor Services, Fixed Income and debt capital markets( primarily High Grade Bonds).My stakeholders were the business heads & Regional P&A leads - Involved in the monthly forecasting & yearly planning for the expenses & headcount - GCB Banker allocations to various businesses. - Quarterly T&E reports of GCB Bankers - Monthly EMRs and Quarterly Business Reviews

Worked as in intern in Deutsche Bank Operations International(DBOI GS),Mumbai.My project was to Study the synergies & interlinkages between Global Banking & Global Transaction Banking across MICS & FAS domains and to bring about proposed optimum resource capacity utilization.Key Deliverables:• Project data captures work performed by 21 roles & 24 FTEs in FAS and 14 roles &16 FTEs in MICS.• Tracing the Precedent & Dependent activities and the Outliers.• Finding out the wastages & the non value added time taken in activities.• Graphical Representation of the over-utilized and underutilized capacities.• Simultaneous activities of each process have also been tracked, which goes to reduce the idle time involved in other activities.• Rationalization of roles has been proposed according to the production line concept to eliminate the waste and reduce the time taken in non value added activities.
