Software Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science and Engineering. Currently, associated with Videojet Technologies Inc. as Lead Software Engineer.I have more than a decade of experience in developing software solutions for the Healthcare & Product Identification industry. I have been fortunate enough to work with (and learn from) different global teams having Industry experts and top leaders. My expertise is in C++ language, and it has always been my preferred programming language for a long time. I believe C++ provides freedom to programmers like no other language and that it enables programmers to develop highly performant cross-platform software solutions with object-oriented design. I am also well versed in its Standard Template Library and threading library offerings. My typical day as a software engineer would be me discussing and clarifying requirements with stakeholders, collaborating with team members & product owners, designing, and implementing software features and solutions, taking part in software design and code reviews, developing unit tests, refactoring software modules, debugging and fixing software defects, mentoring juniors all in an agile software development environment.I love and am so passionate about automobiles, finance, and almost all sport. Most of my weekend free time is spent watching English Premier League, Formula One races, and doing a bit of research in finance. So, it would be a dream for me to have a career in one of these domains.
