My role within QA is to grow, manage and develop our client base by building on and establishing relationships in order to create holistic approach to support business development. • Building relationships with the key decision makers within my client base. • Account building, new business sales meetings, presentations and proposal writing. • Contract negotiations. • Formulating and implementing strategies for aligning QA portfolio, including, Instructor Led Training, e-learning (bespoke and standard), Seminars, Learning Consultancy (360 profiling, competency and role mapping, psychometric assessment, programme design and evaluation, community building and action learning sets).
