Current• Handling end-to-end recruitment process, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and placing qualified Candidates.• Searching and identifying potential candidates from online databases (Using portals for resource like Monster, LinkedIn, and Career-builder) existing database.• Self-involvement in preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations, rate negotiations. Expertise in W2, full-time positions.• Worked with Preferred Vendors, and Implementing Partners.• Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references.• Prepare resume for presentation to clients.• Taking a Preliminary round of interview so as to judge the communication and the abilities of the candidate before submitting to the client.
