Make a Difference (MAD) is a non-profit organization, working towards ensuring equitable outcomes for children in need of care and protection. At MAD, my primary responsibilities include brand management, campaigns and communications.Key highlights:- Creative direction and strategy for #NeverTooLate, a multi-media campaign, designed to give an immersive experience of the challenges children in need of care and protection (CNCP) face. This campaign was designed in partnership with Ogilvy and Mather and DxC technologies and led to 68 million viewership across the globe (and counting), further contributing to a 10X increase in the number of MAD website users.- Creative director and project manager for YouTube pre-roll brand ads; designed and launched to drive brand-focused funding and volunteer sourcing.- The ads contributed to 2.5 million views across platforms, 30% increase in volunteer applications to MAD and funding worth $ 5M (2019-20) for programs across India- Team management and growth: Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 28 associates responsible for mobilization, awareness and fundraising campaigns across India

Responsibilities: Creative Direction, Conceptualization, Scripting and Video Production for brands such as Google, RedBull, Micromax, Knorr, Samsung, Surf Excel, Micromax, Xolo, Reckitt Benckiser- Director and Creative Director, #ConnectingHer, a film on aspirations, released on National Girl Child for 2017 (for Google).- Director and Creative Director, #InternetSathi film; an initiative by Google that provides women in rural India with basic training on the usage and benefits of internet deployed through specially designed internet cycle carts.- Associate Creative Director and 2nd unit Director, #OneDayIwill, a film by Google. This was released on international woman's day 2016.- Chief Assistant Director and Creative Director, "Micromax Canvas 6 - Leave Your Mark" film that was released to launch the Micromax Canvas 6 flagship phone.- Creative Director and Scriptwriter, "Reliance Perfomax presents Northeast United FC with John Abraham", a film that was made for the ISL franchise.- Post Producer, for first-ever Google Bumper ads to feature on YouTube.

Key highlights:- Shot, directed and edited Vidyaarambham –The Beginning of Learning, a film for Agastya Foundation on mainstreaming school dropouts. - Shot, directed and edited, Voices Unheard, a film on solid waste management issues in Kottayam district, Kerala- Directed and edited Kaise Jaayen School for Apnalaya Foundation, a Mumbai-based NGO working on mainstreaming school dropouts. Facilitated community video workshops for children, who then shot parts of the film themselves (DVD available on request)
