-My role focuses on winning New business includes response to RFP’s, RFI’s for with service design solution for Non-Standard, Complex bids, process designing, Service Management, Service Improvement, project management, Client relationship management.-Working as part of AMEA- Service Design Pre-sales and Bidding team to response to new services and RFP’s for AMEA customers.-Supporting the Service, System and Technical Architects on Complex & Non-Standard bids in defining the Service Design and collating the client proposal and/or RFP response.-Handing Service Improvements using Lean/ Six Sigma Methodologies for projects like Automation of resource management tools, Service Level exposure calculation, Development of a new toolkit and Design pattern.-Solution Architecture Design within an ITIL Landscape.-Developing and defining the appropriate resourcing profiles to deliver the required service over the life of the contract.-Defining the Management Reports that will be provided to the customer, including costs and responsibilities.-Identifying and assessing service risks associated with designed solutions, providing probability / impact assessment and mitigation Strategy.
