My work experience has made me understand the dynamics of team work and importance of processes followed. Also had the exposure of working in virtual teams across multiple locations different continents. Therefore I am also aware of virtual team dynamics and can work remotely as well as part of a team. I had been a primary point of contact for a number of applications coordinating between clients, onshore, near-shore, production teams, test teams, design teams, and build teams and so on. I had also worked as a module lead for one of the projects.My experience in software testing involves variety of testing such as Test Automation, Functional, Black box (Manual), Integration, Sanity (smoke), System, End-to-End, Boundary, Regression, User Acceptance Testing, and number of test management tools. I am proficient in handling change requests and also had the exposure of working in retail, finance and pharma sectors. This has enhanced my bug fixing, trouble shooting and analytical skills while constantly upgrading my knowledge on different elements of projects such as test plan, requirement specification, scope identification, potential risk analysis, associated with the same.My experiences have also enhanced my ability to react to abrupt crisis and also to deliver results under pressure.I am keen to learn new things, extremely hard working, polite, dependable, good team player, has an ability to grasp new concepts as quickly as possible and proactively take up initiatives of new responsibilities.
