Including (Exchange Houses, Banks, Fintechs, Aggregators, Government entities/ministries etc.) • Responsible for the profitability of all channel including recovery cost for these channels.• Managing a team of 15 employees and responsible of their overall productivity. • Take ownership of distribution initiative which will be aligned to the customer value proposition for the various segments as well as market condition with market division,• Focus on growing volume, customer base and income.• Develop sales strategies for the channel in line with the segment’s customer value proposition and sales strategy.• Coordinate the sales budgeting process for new business volume and value, with proper allocation to channels, segments, products and other market consideration.• Work with the data team to identify and anticipate trends, gaps and sales opportunities• Tactical implementation of the sales and service delivery platforms to ensure that service initiatives support the sales strategy.• Evaluate partner sale performance and address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.• Provide robust communication and feedback to the executive management.• Inputs into budgeting process and cascade budget figures to the teams• Ensure department financial targets and monitored and managed monthly with clear action plan to bridge the gap where necessary.• Ensure that all channels are compliant with CBB regulations and with laid down risk standards.• Put in place the necessary measure to achieve satisfactory channel audit results.
