1) To appraise/underwrite the Business loan in detail, to manage the entire credit application process, to prepare detailed CAM to have an overview of customer’s profile from login to disbursement to manage quality portfolio.2) Analyses applicant’s financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine loan feasibility.3) Cross verification of customer profile along with adequate documentation to enhance confidence prior to extending credit.4) To determine the financial Ratio such as FOIR/DSCR, Leverage Ratio, ABB etc. based on customer profile with different segments5) To set the product requirements as per customer profile to avoid future risk.6) To raise a query to the appropriate channel for additional required documentation to go ahead with respective file processing.7) Responsible to deliver TAT on day-to-day basis

1) Handled a CPA team who are engaged in preparation of CAM and circulating to concern authorities of Credit Quality department in Moneywise Financial Services.2) Physical PD Conduct, Income Assessment, Credit worthiness and Risk assessment of client with CAM preparation and identifying financially worthy clients.3) To ensure consistency in TAT during CAM Preparation via daily MIS.4) Monthly Auditing and report creation of Business Loan product for post authorized files.5) Lead a CPA team, engaged in telephonic and Physical PD Conduct for Home Loan and Loan Against Property, Income Assessment, Credit worthiness and Risk assessment of client with CAM preparation.6) Circulation of CAM to concern authorities of Credit Quality department for two NBFCs’ Loan Kuber and Manibhavnam Home Finance Pvt ltd. 7) To ensure consistency in TAT during credit analysis.8) Work Planner-MIS preparation and flow of day-to-day mail to the concern authority.
