• Engaged with Full time Permanent and Contract positions.• Sourcing of profiles from different Job Portals based on the prevalent requirements• Successfully search of IT/NON IT in Various with Domains like Banking, Telecom, finance, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and US Defence requirements with Top Security Clearance and other clearances.• Responsible for conducting phone and/or face-to-face interviews to determine Candidate's Technical/Interpersonal skills for any given Requirements. Negotiate hourly rates or salaries including benefits. Schedule and coordinate interviews with Managers and Candidates, maintaining relations with other Vendor Agencies and Consulting companies. • Contact clients regularly to arrange interviews or maintain existing/develop new relationships.• Responsible for sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing and closing the hard to find candidates.• Interview, pre-qualify, pre close, close and recommend to hiring managers what is necessary to close potential candidates.• Provide advice, direction and expertise to management on recruitment techniques.• Working and coordinating with Account Managers to get detailed job requirements along with meeting deadlines for submission of resumes.• Sourcing candidates through searches and job postings on the Internet, employee referrals, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network.• Screened candidates for availability, interest level, and qualifications that aligned with job requirements

• Assist customers with returns, purchasing store protection plans and service packages.• Scheduling in-home services via online interface.• Answer telephone inquiries from customers and stores regarding the status of units and other service issues.• Assist with new employee training including store policies, services, financing options and register operations.
