CurrentBilateral Solutions is a public practice accounting firm which provides all the accounting and taxation services to enterprises and individuals & also specialises in assisting and representing overseas companies to setup and run their overseas branch or a subsidiary in Australia.My role:• Preparation and communication of financial statements including cash flows and budgeting reports tailored to the specific requirements of various clients.• Maintaining internal control systems to safeguard assets, ensure precise financial reporting, optimize operational effectiveness, and mitigate risks.• Preparation and communication of Business and Instalment Activity Statements ensuring compliance with Australian Taxation Office requirements.• Managing the record-keeping system and advise on systems and technologies to improve data security and operational efficiency.• Assist with audit, end of fiscal year reconciliations and tax preparation.• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts• Managing payables including local and foreign exchange transactions & advising clients on cash management.
