QHSE Admin at EHS4U Solutions Pvt Ltd, I contribute directly to the effective implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems. My role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing workplace safety, and driving sustainability efforts. I work closely with teams across the organization to support our core services, including ISO certification, EHS management, and ESG reporting.I manage critical documentation such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) records, ensuring compliance and readiness for internal and external Audit.Additionally, I assist in ESG initiatives by compiling data for sustainability reporting and climate risk assessments, helping our clients achieve their environmental and social goals. In collaboration with the recruitment team, I help ensure that qualified EHS professionals are placed in projects, supporting our manpower services. I also organize employee training programs on safety protocols, risk assessments, and emergency procedures, enhancing overall workplace safety and compliance.
