I am currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resource and General Management at Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM). Before joining KUSOM in 2011, I served in the Nepalese Army Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for 20 years. I hold degrees in Electronics Engineering (BE) from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India and MBA (Finance), MPhil (General Management), and PhD (General Management) from Kathmandu University, Nepal. I have completed Faculty Development Program in Management (FDP) from IIM Ahmedabad, India.Besides teaching at undergraduate and graduate level, and supervising MPhil and PhD scholars, I am actively engaged in business consulting and have successfully completed consulting assignments for several prestigious organizations like Nepalese Army, Nepal Police, and Nepal Red Cross.My research interests include workplace spirituality, organizational politics, leadership, and organizational behavior. I have published papers in many National and International Journals including Journal of Management Spirituality & Religion, Management and Lobour Studies, Business Perspectives and Research, etc. Currently, I serve as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Business and Management Research (JBMR), a blind peer reviewed research journal published by KUSOM. I am also in the panel of reviewers of international journals. I also work as the Coordinator of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the School.
