• In my role as a Dark store manager, I am leading end-to-end operations of the micro market.• Lead all aspects of dark store operations including but not limited to inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, and employee engagement.• lead all aspects of riders operations pertaining to your micro market including but not limited to rider planning onboarding QMS,productivity training and engagement.• lead and execute the dark store capacity planning with respect to infrastructure and manpower. • will continue towards development and implementation through lean practices, Gemma Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools.

• Manage last mile delivery operations for a dispatch centre by examining destination and delivery timeline.• Monitor and supervise the Field executive to ensure that delivery operations are conducted as per the required SLA• Manage cash/accounts and preparation of delivery reports. Day to day petty cash transactions. • Preparation of daily and weekly duty shift allocation roaster• Route planning as per the defined area

• Manage end to end delivery of orders to customers as per the SLA• Conducting route planning, route optimization and order allocation• Track customer orders via dashboards and ensure each order reaches the customer on time.• Prepare and maintain daily reports like mileage report, cash report & attendance sheet. • Cash collection and reconciliation• To ensure optimal manpower utilization at stations• To liaison with Customer Relations team for order fulfilment, optimizing delivery time and cost• To train and motivate field executives to ensure correct order delivery and quality conformance at all times.

• Looking after all the Operational issued at Hub.• Arranging delivery of incoming c/ment in the entire Delhi.• Data updation in Web Express ERP & best knowledge of TMS.• Generating proper loading & unloading sheet & THC for despatching vehicle.• Handling over all paper work activities (state Form, sales tax, Invoice, TIN No. etc)• Handling overall operational activities Despatch, In-coming & Out-going.• Minimizing revenue leakage in terms of weight loss, claims, deductions etc.
