Current- Hardware Support: Replace faulty part and repair. (Laptop, Desktop, Printer Etc.)
- Mailing Client configurations and support for Office 365 and Zimbra Users on End user devices.
- Software Installation and Troubleshooting. (Corel, Adobe, 3D Max, CampuGst, Tally Campu TDS and Other Business Application, SAP Client).
- Physical Monitoring of Servers, UPS, Camera’s and Nagios.
- Ticket locking and ensure early restoration of Internet and MPLS Links.
- L1 Support for Avaya, VC, UPS, Printers, Projector, Wi-Fi.
