• Selling of ICT services & solutions (Enterprise Networking, Enterprise Security, Unified Communications, Consultative Technology)• Identify and develop new account / expand existing accounts within the defined territory.• Adding new clients to the existing database• Create, design and implement e-marketing campaigns and social media marketing • Create reports that reflect on Pipeline/Forecast/Order book/Invoicing/Financial Summary and update them dynamically • Customer Care Calls post completion of new projects /fault calls• Handling Customer grievances and coordinating support and managing solutions, to benefit both company and satisfy customer.• Handling the Annual Maintained Contracts and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule.• Coordinate communications such as: proposals, purchase orders, SOAs (Sales Order Acknowledgements, receipts, invoices, deliveries of goods and sales between internal departments, customers, logistic companies and vendors/distributors• Handling applications and approvals from the Directorate of Wireless Licensing and Frequency Monitoring for Wireless and Bluetooth products. The Telecom Regulatory Authority Bahrain for Telecom related products (GSM/LTE).• Coordinating a project right from order placement to delivery/deployment and sign-off• Handling Shipping & Logistics• Induction for new employees• Vendor Management: liaise with all Channel and Regional management of vendors and reap beneficial resources in terms of Training, guidance, sales leads, knowledge and technical awareness including assist in periodic Mailer and email campaigns.• Market Analysis
