With a Master's degree in Econometrics from London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from New York University, I wanted to create an impact through the start-up space in India, resulting in Platos, a food-tech company. With prior experience in the food industry through family businesses and my time at International Culinary Center, New York, lack of transparency and technology were identified as pressing issues plaguing the industry. In order to circumvent the same, Platos' core mission is to provide an enterprise-level, tech-first solution to food partners, thereby empowering them to serve good food. Our roadmap for the next few years is to reach a million orders per day through the Platos platform.
