My responsibility's were assigning workers to various jobs before the shift begins, Production supervision which includes checking of press temperature periodically and maintain the most opted temperature for molding of threads which gives them good abrasion ratios, ensuring the extruded strip is maintained at room temperature without getting scorched or being porous .Quality of the strip is checked thoroughly by visual inspection. Periodic Maintenance of boilers (diesel boiler and wood fire boilers), booster pumps, Molding press etc and daily maintenance check of equipment's before the shift begins.
