• Accounts Payable process – Payment processing, Invoice Validation, creating reports to rectify the invoice errors, payments period close activity, Bank reconciliation.• Processing Invoices daily, which includes Purchase Order& Non-Purchase Order invoices with accuracy, understanding GST concepts and processing invoices accordingly.• Transition and stabilization of Payment process.• Working with Banks to resolve vendor payment related queries.• Resolving back logs for payments, working on duplicate payments, partial payments, and uncleared payments related issue.• Clearing cash management backlog items.• Working with banks to clear payments for vendors.• Modifying all the invoices to their correct terms to get it included in the payment process.• Travel & Expense - Verify and approve electronically received expense reports in accordance with agreed service standards and ensure compliance. Review attached images for clarity and entry verification.
