1. Supervising and Co-coordinating the activities of insurance billing including but notlimited to:- a. Claims submission. b. Claims resubmission. c. Controlling rejections. d. Authorization & e. Coding.2. Overseeing administration of policies and procedures to augment day-to-day operations.3. Comparison of Tariffs of insurance companies.4. Handling insured members' grievances and queries.5. Developing and deploying a training program on insurance policies for the insurance staff.6. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding department operations andinfection control.7. Effectively and consistently communicates to administrative personnel and encourage interactive departmental meetings and discussions.8. Complies with organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.9. Shall participate in internal and external audits.Monitor and review the achieved objectives and targets periodically and review the management program if required.10. Discuss and review the OSH issues and circumstances in the Medical Center which may affect the health or safety of persons in the workplace, including OSH aspects and impacts.11. Provides input information and facilitate the Management review.12. Promotes co-operation between management and employees in achieving andmaintaining CCRCM Policy.13. Contributes to the success of departmental KPI's.

Description:1. Handling a team of submission users and monitoring revenue generation until remittance.2. Data & revenue analysis post submission.3. Resubmission analysis with denial clarification.4. Providing regular training to avoid process gap and maintain continuous streamline of the same.5. Daily reporting and follow-ups on stagnant claims6. Addressing insurance companies regarding internal and patient related queries to avoid rejection.7. Assisting HOD’s on creating & meeting project based monthly KPI reports and internal facility finance sign offs.
