An MBA by Degree and a Digital Marketing and Operations guy by Profession. The professional journey started with making channel partners and working towards Women's Social Empowerment. The experience there gave me confidence and skills to recruit, train and develop semi-skilled segment of our society, primarily those who are unemployed in first place, but have basic entrepreneurial instinct. I love experimenting and learning new things in life, reason I landed in totally different industry, which is real estate and started my Digital Marketing journey from there. From traditional means of commerce, we decided of integrating technology to bridge in the gaps of the industry. We decided to develop Superise.com. 6+ years of learning gave us many opportunities to learn and grow. Being a startup we were always in Bootstrap mode. From a single office in Noida, we managed to expand in 4 other cities and have an office in Dubai too. From launching first of its kind Digital Property Sale Fest to holding offline events in tier-2 cities, the journey had been a source of learning and managing things with limited resources. In addition to the slow growth in real estate sector, we were hit by pandemic COVID-19, and we have to stop sales and operations of Superise.com. In April 2020, got a chance to launch a European Global Appliance Brand 'OZOBOX-Air & Water Purifier-Sanitizer' in India. With restrictions of opening retail stores during the lockdown, we decided to launch it Digitally. With E-Commerce & some help from social media platforms, we managed to start the sales and distribution of Ozobox in North India primarily. And then expand to other parts of India through Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
