Duties of Terminal Yard Planner• Ensure that equipment location information has 100% accuracy & integrity and support an accurate and efficient information flow on the terminal related to all yard activities.• Prepare, control and monitor the yard movement work flow of M&R yard movement, internal Borouge logistic movement, inter-terminal transfers and CFS movement.• Maintain proper and close coordination with internal and external operational stakeholders to ensure proper truck flow is achieved.• Ensure to maintain truck and yard equipment deployment as per requirement and perform changes once required in alignment with Process Controller and/or Shift Manager.• Proper monitor of manual yard plan, ensuring proper execution and Monitor yard integrity and report any abnormality found, while planning in alignment with line manger line of action.• Ensure proper monitoring of hazardous, reefers and OOGs time to time and Close monitoring of Yard allocations/Yard blocks during discharge to ensure that all the units as received from vessel has been confirmed with a yard position.• Monitor ASC cranes activities and ensure all Yard Equipments& cranes is working properly and Proper coordination with Technical Team for Equipment/Crane breakdowns, Also proper coordinaion with CHE operators and yard Supervisors.• Proper monitoring of gate movement and Truck turn around time for better productivity and Ensure all required equipment’s are assigned properly on required system`s pool.• Report and address to stakeholders and line manager issues encountered in daily basis movement for proper solution and recordingVessel/Yard Planning doing by using NAVIS/N4 -SPARCS Terminal Operating System..
