Product Head for Corporate Finance - Mid Markets

Emerging Corporate Group, HDFC BankOffering financial solutions that include Asset (viz. Working Capital Finance, Term Loans, Trade Finance, EPC etc.), Liability (viz. CMS, Salary A/c’s etc.), and Services to Corporate, Mid-Corporate, Agri Business & Educational Institutes..• Sourcing prospective clients for exploring new business opportunities.• Preparing Credit Appraisal Memo of prospective & existing clients which includes complete credit analysis and justification of the limits sanctioned and interacting with sanctioning authorities for approval of the same. • Managing deferrals closure, CAM renewals within time schedules.• Client servicing with fund based (Term Loans, Cash Credit, STL etc) and non fund based limits• Meeting existing clients on regular basis for cross selling opportunities & also to be updated on their performance & future business plans. • Monitoring Credit Quality of existing clients.• MIS reporting on account conduct and other measures.
