I am a third-year pre-med student at the University of Southern California, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. I work in the Klausner Research Group under Dr. Jeffrey Klausner, focusing on hepatitis C research and serving as a hepatitis C patient care coordinator in partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. I am also contributing to a study on the impact of herpes simplex virus 1 on dementia risk. Outside of academia, I am dedicated to improving the lives of underserved communities, including providing weekly support to unhoused individuals in Skid Row, tutoring an elementary school student from an under-resourced Los Angeles neighborhood, and leading a collaborative clean water initiative in a village of 6,000 people in India.
