Conducting the isolation and identification of probiotic strains and starter cultures involves several steps, including screening, morphological analysis, biochemical testing, and molecular characterization. I have also been engaged in media optimization by developing various compositions for Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Bacillus strains.
