Conducting the isolation and identification of probiotic strains and starter cultures involves several steps, including screening, morphological analysis, biochemical testing, and molecular characterization. I have also been engaged in media optimization by developing various compositions for Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Bacillus strains. This work includes enhancing the lyophilization process through the creation of new recipes and standardizing the overall process.Additionally, I was selecting and developing new probiotic formulations aimed at promoting digestive health, women's health, and oral health.
