I focus on achieving optimal productivity by understanding the current culture and landscape that includes technical architecture, processes, and the technical stack. Using my expertise and knowledge, I try to identify patterns that can be streamlined or automated, which results in speed, quality, and scalability.I got interested in computers during my High School days, where I had access to games like Brick Games, Nintendo consoles, Road Rash, and even Yahoo Messenger. This exposure ignited my passion for computers, leading me to choose the Computer Science stream during my Higher Secondary School education. I pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and further honed my skills by obtaining a Master’s in Computer Applications.After completing my studies, I joined an internship with Infosys Limited, which served as a stepping stone for my career as a Software Developer. Over the years, I embraced various roles, starting from a Junior Developer to an API Designer, Technical Delivery Lead, and Integration Manager. I have specialized in designing and delivering backend/middleware software applications based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices Architecture for approximately 11 years. I have worked with clients from Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Romania and UK.In addition to managing project teams, I actively contributed to technical recruitment efforts within the organization and for internal projects.
