Current• Continuing Airworthiness Management: Oversee and ensure the ongoing airworthiness of the aircraft fleet, in compliance with aviation regulatory standards (e.g., EASA Part M, FAA).• Maintenance Program Development: Develop, review, and update aircraft maintenance programs (AMP) to ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.• Technical Documentation Management: Manage and maintain all technical records, including aircraft logbooks, maintenance records, and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations, including the management of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other mandatory requirements.• Defect Reporting and Resolution: Identify, report, and oversee the resolution of any aircraft defects or discrepancies, ensuring they are addressed promptly and in line with regulatory standards.• Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct risk assessments related to aircraft maintenance and operation, implementing corrective actions to mitigate • Audit and Compliance Checks: Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and procedures are in place and fully compliant with regulations.
