Nepal Development Initiative (NEDI) NEDI is registered with the government of Nepal as a nonprofit and non-political, youth led development organization in 2003. The organization coordinating to research, policy advocacy and development programmes focusing on sustainable agriculture, climate change, livelihood development and youth empowerment. NEDI aims community development through income generating and micro enterprise activities and working to encourage to be independent, self-sustained, respectful livelihood and to uplift the Nepali society form vicious poverty. Since its inception, NEDI has been both a pioneer and practitioner of the holistic approach of empowerment and is making significant contribution on the reduction of poverty in Nepal. I am taking leading role to rganize, monitoring and evaluation of project activities, organize resource mobilizations programs, reporting to donor and develop the proposal, handle the advocacy and networking for organization, media campaigning for global development issues, rganization management and youth empowerment

I am reponcible for developing proposals and reports,Monitoring and evaluation of the media projects,Editing of magazine of FNJ, Monitor of press freedom and reporting to the media communities, Advocacy and networking for FNJ, Project management related on medias, Overall handling of programs, Support to organize the local, regional and national level conferences, training, events, workshop related on press freedom and journalism and Organize the capacity building programs to journalists and Manage and planning all the activities related with the project
