Motovac sells over 40,000 parts for most makes and models of vehicles, and the company has operations in 7 countries and with over 1,000 employees. I was the regional controller of the group's Mozambique operations, and built the business from the ground-up into a multi-million dollar operation.

We crossed the million dollar revenue mark within 12 months of operation, and rapidly became the country's largest private vocational training institution.We trained over 3,000 people per year across various parts of the country and in several industries, providing valuable skills development to workers in rural areas of the nation per our mandate.We purchased and developed over 150 courses in Construction, Retail, Accounting, Information Technology, and Management skills, all of which were vigorously vetted and accredited by the national regulatory authority. Accu-Med Systems was a consulting firm focused on medical practice management and health insurance billing in Tampa, FL which I acquired at the age of 20 utilizing seller financing.We helped physicians with business structuring, revenue management and practice management, including contract negotiations and credentialing. I increased revenues by over 100% in 6 months. Staff base doubled in the same period.Developed an offshore team with a Chennai based firm and outsourced insurance claims billing to them. I was co-featured by BusinessWeek magazine on their 2007 feature on America’s 25 Best Young Entrepreneurs.
