• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of control systems for Building Automation projects.• Project Planning & Controlling, Procurement, Production, Inspection, Logistics, Deliveries, Customer Billing, Payment Collection, Expedition, Review Meetings, Progress Reports, Travel to Project Site, Services (Installation & Commissioning), Project Closeout, Customer Meetings & Customer Satisfaction.• Assist as SME for sensors/instrumentation to other teams/projects across the company.• Led implementation of engineering standards, processes and procedures for instrumentation system, software development, P&ID and Data Acquisition systems.• Plan and execute Proof of Concept (POC) phase for new techniques and algorithm developed to provide diagnostic, prognosis and prediction of equipment failures.• Managing cost-efficient & enhancing efficiencies for ensuring achievement of service, cost, delivery & quality norm.

• Lead a team of 15-20 Associate Engineers in Equipment Condition Monitoring (ECM) product line, developing new products that improve reliability and reduce downtime.• Conduct system design, prototyping, field installation and data gathering for USA projects.• Provide technical solutions to controller, electrical & BMS related issues.• Create and present reports of process, pointing out inefficiencies and making recommendations for improvement.• Managing day to day operation to ensure project defined SLAs & KPIs are met.
