I have also involved in teaching which helps me to improve more regarding mass handling and communications skills.I had worked as a Plant Engineer at Upper Khorunga Khola Small HPP(7.5 MW) from December 2020 to December 2022. So, I have most of the Skills related to Hydropower plant Which are enlisted as,1. Overall Planning, organizing, Coordination, supervision and control of O&M activities of hydropower plant2. planning, scheduling and timely execution of of the preventive and corrective maintenance of the power plant3. Direct operations, maintenance or repair of hydroelectric power facilities to shift operators4. Operation of the power plant including headworks, Switchyards, transmission line and interconnected substation according to operating procedure and safety requirements 5. Coordination with Power Trade, Substations, Load dispatch Centre and Grid Operation of Nepal Electricity Authority6. Testing and Erection of Electro-mechanical Equipment7. Earthing Mat design of substation8. Technical and Financial documentation of project During Bachelors of Electrical Engineering Study, I pursued many skills which are enlisted as,1.
