C & B:Conduct market surveys and participate in remuneration surveys of key consultants and benchmark the positions across the organization thereby supporting the HR Head by providing all necessary inputs and work to ascertain the current pay position of the company against the industry trend.Review, analyze and evaluate compensation data with respect to each function within the organization and highlight the implications to the HR leader.Individual contributor in facilitating the compensation review for all Management and Supervisory cadre across the organization. Play a vital role in normalization process and facilitate the management in finalizing the ratings and recommendations.PMS:Monitor the assessment process and follow up with the respective functional heads on completion of appraisal process as per the timelines & assist EVP HR in compiling data and prepare dashboards.Create a performance driven culture and review the PMS policy regularly to bring out amendments / revisions where required as per business needs.Identify low performers and initiate actions on periodical basis. Facilitate counseling sessions and review the progress by administering PIP / BIP. Conduct sessions on performance appraisal.Talent Acquisition:Key contributor in implementing a comprehensive and an integrated module (“TALENTO”) for recruitment.Handle end to end recruitment activities of all Supervisory, Band 2 and Band 3 employees.Liaison with the Functional Heads to understand the business requirement and source the right profile thereby providing competent manpower before the agreed timeline. Placement consultants empanelment & management.Active involvement in discussion with the candidates, salary negotiations, salary fitment and timely onboarding.Facilitate the Pre-employment Medical Checkup, BGV & joining formalities.HRMS Implementation:Involved in revamping of the HRIS and custom built HR processes and modules in new architecture.

Organization: NTT Data GDS Compensation Analytics: Consolidate and validate Global employees’ data by working with overseas HR and HRBPs on a monthly basis computing the Head count data / compensation data. Play an integral role in maintaining quality data related to Incentives payout, salary fitment & Payroll input.  Conduct market salary surveys such as I-Pas, Mercer and benchmark the organization’s salary data. Participated in Hewitt salary survey and coordinated in computing the organizational salary database in accordance with the Hewitt Job codes. Proposed new metrics for salary fitment to streamline the process and served as an individual contributor in computing fitments for all lateral hires across the organization. Provide ready data for Focal activities / Time bound promotions and provide payroll input for functional promotion cases on a monthly basis. Intra Corporate Liaising: Connect with the MIS and Immigration managers to finalize the secondment salary for onsite travelers. Liaise with HR business partners and business stakeholders to drive increment cycles. Closely work with onsite counterparts for tracking offer letter for performance pay, sign on-bonus and draw payments and support all North America and India Compensation activities. Implement new compensation policies that facilitate the employees in availing optimum Tax exemption. Overseas Compensation: Propose the secondment salary after comprehensive understanding of the encyclopedia of the country considering the labor laws, social security contribution / taking into consideration of salary guides such as Hays, Robert Half, Hudson, etc., Keen in meeting out the minimum salary standard with the aid of KPMG/Consumer Price Index(CPI) Compute the Per diem and onsite cost details of employees and work with the Immigration team for providing the rotational salary for Visa purpose based on the location and tenure of travel.
