About Arjun Mohan

Most of my experience has been in Sales, Marketing and Product development. I have worked in these domains across various industries: Ed-tech (upGrad & Byju's), Fashion (Titan), Automotive (Tata Motors), Realty (TRIL), Electronics (Mentor Graphics)Currently, working as a consultant with several startups in Edtech, Fintech & Ecommerce space and helping them with scaling, P&L optimisation and sustainable growth. Before this, I worked with Ed-Tech start-ups BYJU'S & upGrad as their CEO and focused on scaling these companies to dominate the respective Ed-tech subdomains of K12 and higher Ed spaces globally. Before that, I was the CBO of Byju's the learning app with major focus on developing and growing our sales & marketing prowess. Involved in product development deeply since we believed in people managing the complete value chain.Previously, as a TAS Manager, have worked in various Tata companies like Titan (Sales & Marketing), Tata Motors (Marketing), TRIL (Strategy). In Titan Co Ltd, was responsible for the Nation Sales of non watches distribution (Titan & Fastrack bags, wallets, helmets etc), Trade Marketing and Sales operations of the Multi-brand channelIn Tata Motors, executed a project to define the product positioning of an upcoming MPVIn Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd, created business plan for a new business company wanted to foray into.
