First job out of undergrad.I assessed business strategies of various companies in the manufacturing, aerospace, construction, medical, and food industry, including analysis of process workflows, financial inefficiency, and industry trend/opportunities.This experience taught me a lot, but realized consulting wasn't for me, I'm a builder at heart.

Responsible for organizing and synchronizing the activities of various departments within the manufacturing company.Spearheaded year-long initiatives that generated a 400% increase in revenue over 3 quarters.Partnered with Finance team to identify cost-cutting opportunities and implement strategies to reduce inventory costing.Coordinated with different vendors to acquire cheaper raw material, which decreased our inventory expenditures by 35.45%.Implemented multiple procedures for annual AIB certification audit expanding business opportunities into the food industry. Consulted a team of bioengineering students to assess their product for business applicability.Developed a business model, which included annual financial projections for their product and real-world sales viability.Presented the model to Board members of bioengineering firms as well as the department deans, to determine if the project was feasible from a business standpoint.
