I love sports, personal training, taekwondo, stretching, massage, strength and conditioning training.I have worked in the fitness industry since 2006, both as a personal trainer and as a fitness instructor at Black Belt World India and 3D The Gym.I have excellent experience running my own business and in dealing with clients. I also have experience enabling my clients to work successfully on their long and short-term goals. In addition, I have a great deal of experience working with larger groups with particular needs, such as mature clients, as well as those with health issues.As a personal trainer, I have developed a fresh approach to fitness, based on my experience as a sportsman, focussed on mixing sports values with fitness psychology. Complimenting my business.For the past 20 years, I have given Personal Training in Gyms and Taekwondo Schools and have many years of experience coaching young people both paid and as a volunteer. Finally, I remain enthusiastic and passionate about promoting fitness and health within the community.
