Arjun graduated from IIM Kozhikode in the year 2018. He started his career as the ASM of Chhattisgarh for HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd., accountable for the sales of entire portfolio of HP commercial products. He increased the monthly sales by 63% by structuring and aligning the re-seller landscape and acquiring multiple opposition brand's partners. He revived the failing display business by boosting sales by 250% and also successfully introduced Commercial accessories business by identifying the right distributors.Due to the excellent performance in Chhattisgarh, got promoted to handle the much bigger Bangalore market. Successfully handled 5 most important product line of HP commercial PC segment in Bangalore market, handling over 10 RDs and over 600 resellers. He Increased the sales of HP Elite Series significantly by identifying & setting up a new regional distributor. He also organized Market Development Events for increasing the awareness of value products among resellers.Arjun later worked as Key Account Manager for Bangalore region, initially in Acquisition patch and later in Large Indian Retention Accounts patch. Was responsible for end-to-end management of 20 Large Indian corporates. Brought in revenue of USD 17.9Mn (256% YOY growth) in the last 9 months from the tagged accounts where he handles the management of RFPs/RFQs, pricing, delivery timelines, escalations etc. He streamlined HP offerings and increased ASP by 26% through cross-sell, up-sell and Device as a Service plan. He enhanced CRM system with systematic management of leads and insights using tools like MS Dynamics. Arjun then joined JSW One E-commerce Platform as state head for Karnataka and was responsible for bringing about the Zero to One transition of the business in the state. He collaborated in launching the business in Bangalore and has now further expanded the business to other cities like Hosur and Hubbali.
