Lead Consultant - Operations
CurrentMaintaining day to day operations of existing members and clients. Responsible to make sure all the active members are working. Propose any new opportunities(Client's) with the Manager and discuss on the ways to implement it. Coordinate with Deputy Manager Operation, Lead Consultant-Recruitment and Lead Consultant-Quality Assurance and Compliance to make sure the smooth running of Business. Investigate on each active NOA Direct members and maintain a document on their updates. To take complete responsibility on the Operations part of NOA Healthcare.Member Control – keep in regular contact with existing members ensuring continued compliance throughout their membership with NOA Healthcare Ltd. To answer telephone calls as necessary, taking messages where appropriate and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.Send out, Receive, and check application forms from prospective members, ensuring that all necessary information has been provided including supporting documents required for member compliance. Schedule candidates for registration / interview and complete background checks / pre-employment checks for references, DBS, NMC Pin Check. GMC Number and Occupational Health,Schedule Interview and training for existing members as required. Create CVs for members and applicants to send to the clientsConduct member interviews as per NOA Policies and Procedures Ensure all files for existing members have all compliance documentation as detailed by the document checklist Assist with other administrative duties required as per business needs. Answer telephone calls taking and delivering messages as necessary.Ensure that files of a sensitive nature are kept secure. Provide information to candidates on client and job specifications. Ensure that member files are kept secure, and that confidentiality is maintained and All applications are processed in a timely way and that member profiles and files are kept up to date
