Kelley Student Government is the governing body of the Kelley School of Business, which represents the voice of all Kelley undergraduate students. The organization is responsible for running initiatives, writing policy, and working with school administration to improve upon the Kelley experience for students. I am currently serving on the professional development committee for the organization.• Created the Kelley Student Winter and Summer Guide, a resource for students to enhance their knowledge virtually, under a pressing deadline; was ultimately utilized by dozens of Kelley students; improved upon work ethic and time management skills• Promoted and critiqued the legalization of bills and amendments through engaged debate; developed the skills to comfortably speak in front of an audience• Coordinated with the founders of new Kelley organizations and led them to increase student membership; dramatically increased student turnout and generated growth for the young organizations

The Express Athletic Center is a private gym where clients can rent out areas of the facility to host private training, camps and tournaments, birthday parties, and more. In my experience at the facility, I was tasked with planning and organizing events, maintaining client relations, answering phone calls and helping clients with their needs, selling food and beverages, and maintaining and cleaning the facility.• Forged relationships with a cricket company that permanently partnered with the gym; eased their transition and contributed to generating a consistent source of revenue for the facility• Planned and organized events at the facility such as basketball games, tournaments, and camps with hundreds of people in attendance; integral in maintaining client relations and boosting revenue for the gym• Fielded various customer concerns on the phone and in-person to deliver a premium customer experience; improved upon customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
