• Validate and Approve the quality of PM/CM done by the Vendor Team.• Monitor and approve the Diesel Consumption vs requisition vs filling in sites vs total withdrawal.• Authorize Permission to Work for vendor team.• Validate and Recommend for passing bills of O&M related petty works.• Identifying High Diesel consumption sites and initiate remedy action.• Identifying the reason for EB faults and initiate needed action.• Facilitating in converting non-EB sites to EB sites.• Ensure quality of installed equipment/timely replacement of aged/faulty ones.• Quality & AT for any new project done at a site.• Responsible to ensure that activities done in sites are adhering to SOPs.• Identify and review frequent failing sites and corrective action.• Review performance of Vendor as per KPI parameters of the agreement.• Identify and review sites that are below MSA and ensure corrective action.• Ensure the safety of site equipment by thermal scanning & P1 Audit.• Ensure only correct rated equipment (as per safety norms) is used.• Ensure proper HOTO.• P1 compliance for any new site and supervision as per requirements.• Monitor DG running hrs. compliance.• Inspect Site Asset availability & quality is as per Asset register.• Interaction/meeting with Customers, Internal Department, Vendors related to site issues.• Liaison with various government officials of Police, Corporation, EB, etc.• Beat Plan compliance.

Managing and coordinating Jio, Indus and ATC projects. - Making sure that all teams have the tools they need to execute the project. - Creating a project schedule with milestones, completion dates, and estimate of materials and resources required, such as allotting supervisors and riggers to form teams according to the suitability of the project. - Helping with the drafting documentation and verification of site reports. Making summery reports to be presented before the clients. - Working with team members on site who have issues during the project. - Keep up the morale of the team members and build relationships with them to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.

Execution of Tower Maintenance and Strengthening. - Conducting TBT with the assigned team before the start of work, so as to ensure that the team is well motivated and is aware of the safety standards followed by the client. - Supervision of Tower maintenance and strengthening activities on site regarding the proper completion of the undertaken activity in a time bound and economically viable manner. - Reading the Strengthening drawings and executing the site as per the drawings provided by the design team and to ensure that the materials available on site are properly fabricated and provided as per the standards laid down by the client. - Identifying and reporting of punch points in the tower structure and providing on site solutions to clients.
