His key responsibilities include:- Partnering with the business to drive consistent, profitable growth- Delivering on key financial and other performance metrics to ensure overall business health- Quarterly LRs and Audits- Short and long term strategic and financial planning including Management of critical risks- Oversight of the finance, accounts and legal functions, including hiring and grooming talent- Driving the finance transformation agenda, with a special focus on fin-tech and biz-tech- Managing relationships with External and Internal Stakeholders including the Board of Directors, Auditors, Investors, Bankers, etc.- Investor and Analyst Calls- Fund Raising to drive exponential digital growth
