Proposed a theoretical explanation of the observed stick-slip phenomenon.

- Conducted Thermo Mechanical Fatigue simulations on notched specimens to predict crack initiation using Garofalo creep and temperature dependent multilinear isotropic hardening plastic material models- Validated the results with data obtained from laboratory experiments- Evaluated the effects of notch radius, temperature range, applied load and phase on thermo mechanical fatigue life.
