Duties:• Supply, Installation, Repair, Maintenance and testing of Zebra Labels/Barcode Printers, RFID Systems, Datalogic Barcode Scanners and Mobile Computers as well as Altech, Herma Label Applicators and Professional Barcode Solutions in the Home and Field Positions.• Very good knowledge of Cognex (e.g. DataMan 100, In-Sight Micro), Datalogic (e.g. Matrix 400, 200) and Matrox cameras (e.g. Matrox Iris GT, E, P – series)• PCB Building, that included order of parts from Radionics and Farnell Ireland, full assembly, soldering, programming with Visual Basic, testing and packaging of equipment to be shipped off site.• Invoice preparation, dispatching and courier booking for shipment. Cooperating with DHL, UPS and Fastway.• Stock Control Using Datalogic Barcode Scanners and Mobile Computers• Zebra Training and Datalogic Scanner and Software Training Visiting in the U.K.• Major RFID and Scanning System Installation in Dell Poland• On Site Visits around Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and U.K.• Experience in designing of labels with the usage of Easy Label and Zebra Designer software• Customers include: Banta Global Turnkey, Dell, Hasbro, Randox Laboratories, Baxter Laboratories, Medtronic, Allergan, Coca Cola, Bulmers, Symantec, Diageo, Chemsource, Hewlett Packard, GE, Kerry Ingredients, Kerry Foods, Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Wyeth, Servier, Cuisine de France and Pepsi.• Trained in GMP practices

Duties: • Project for Hewlett Packard including assembly of machine control panels, components preparation and testing.• Building of: control panels, machine panels, distribution boards and machines, wiring and soldering• Following certain safety procedures• Maintaining accurate and detailed quality control documentation of products• Final testing of equipment and quality check• Packaging and documentation check of equipment for shipment• Experience with Labview software gained at Pfizer site, Grange Castle• Performing equipment installation• Validation and Calibration of laboratory equipment such as: autoclaves , balances, ph meters, pipettes, fridges (performed on Pfizer site, Dublin).

Duties as maintenance technician: • Repairing and troubleshooting of electro/mechanical equipment failures• Performing preventative maintenance procedures according to schedule• Performs equipment installations and moves• Maintains accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation• Reviewing and updating spare part inventories• Interacting with and supporting other departmentsDuties as QC analyst: • Testing of all product samples • Recording of analytical results accurately • Operation, maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments • Preparation and execution of instrument and method validation protocols• To report any non-conformance • Receiving and controlling test samples
