Dairy Farm with 750 cows, 3 seasons of calving.At this job I was helping with maintaining the property, cow/calves treatment, milking and general jobs around the farm. At the farm we were working in very international group of people, people were from countries like: Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, England and India. I've worked in the one of the biggest IKEA stores in the world. During my time, I've gathered experienced in almost all areas of the store by taking there overtime and landing my hand when help was needed, however the biggest portion of my time I've spent in our logistic's team. Generally when there was no person in charge on the shop-floor, I was one of people who was going forward to take the responsibility. As in every job there were ups and downs, but I am very grateful for this opportunity and I can say that I have learned a lot.Some extras:-Took participation in "GET READY" program which was designed for the future teamleaders.-Took participation in "Transformational" meetings with people from all over the organization (mostly from the office) -At the end of my career there was a big change and in my last months I was very much focused on showing the ways of working to my new teamleader (who came from totally different area not connected to logistics) Show less
