• Managed technical sales support departments: automatic controls and substations for district heating (Polish and Swedish market); • Supervised, developed and upgraded tools (selection programs, calculation sheets) to perform quotations and selection of offered products, which allowed greater control and optimization of costs (including stock, maintain codes in SAP, getting better prices from suppliers of components, offering standard components in the substations), so that the company achieves greater profit;• Made any internal analysis and validation of product quotations / technical selections (tendering);• Developed selection program of substations (eQ) - added functionality, solved problems, which translated into a reduction BOM process LT and quotation/selection process as well as standardization of components used in substations;• Implemented and developed a new product - the standard prefabricated substations DSP (on the technical side), so: delivery time has been reduced twice (even in high season); eliminated complaints from customers, reduced production preparation time from one week to one day and the time of quotation from 3 days up to 30 minutes;• Solved department and its processes internal (coming from other departments) and external complaints using tools RCPS, 8D, 5WHY so reduced their number to per mill level;• Implemented a quality management system in the department (including quality workshops, working manuals, process procedures);• Initiated, supervised and organized projects in department low season based on the carousel of ideas, so that increased the efficiency of department and perfected processes.

• Coordinated technical sales support departments: substations, BOM engineers, VSO, after-work documentation;• Supervised, developed and upgraded tools (selection programs, calculation sheets); • Made quotations and selections of substations and plate heat exchangers as well as entered sales orders of substations (including BOM, Routings, circuit diagrams) to SAP;• Introduced department complains solving system and its processes using tools RCPS, 8D, 5WHY so reduced by half their number;• Coordinated project of the transfer of the production of prefabrication from Finland to Poland, profitable for District Heating Division;• Involved in project of the transfer of substation production from Finland to Poland, was responsible for the implementation of new processes in the engineering department of BOM and documentation.

• Coordinated project of SAP implementation in plant in Tuchom, so that the new ERP SAP system was implemented in place of ERP Solagem; • Coordinated cross-functional project team, divided on SAP modules MM, PP, SD, FI&CO;• Coordinated process mapping and new process introducing for plant, so that all processes in plant were defined and adapted to SCOR Process Reference Model;• Coordinated project of the implementation of the tender for the 311 substations for MPEC Cracow, financed from the EU budget, so the project was completed successfully with the maximum profit and minimum cost to the company;• Developed a program to build after-work documentation (TDS), making as-built after-work documentation preparation time has been reduced by half.

• Worked, edited, translated and prepared graphic form the technical literature (brochures, product sheets, data sheets, instructions) substations, heat exchangers and heat meters of Danfoss Group (Redan - Denmark, Gemina - Denmark, Danfoss LPM - Poland, Danfoss AB Oy - Finland , FWT - Germany) in English and Polish;• Implemented, developed and administered the new system of after-work documentation as a project, so shortened preparation time in half and automated process;• Certified Danfoss LPM products on the Polish market by the New Approach Directives, local regulations (UDT, COBRTI Instal, PZHK) and advised of the regulations, so that all products had the necessary certificates, declarations, etc. to increase their sales and to facilitate the procedures for commissioning of customers.

• Checked and corrected the technical documentation of orders from customers, transformed documentation on LPM standard, so confined the costs and increased the usage of standard components and design solutions (standard prefabricated parts) and eliminated the errors selected components;• Entered orders (BOM, Routings, 2D technical documentation for production) to ERP system;• Prepared, supervised and archived technical documentation of substations and heat exchangers;• Worked out standard times, calculated BOM costs and man-hour costs, so that reduced production costs;• Leaded implementation projects such as the start of production of a new heat exchanger, the modernization of the substation construction, allowing the company to sold new products and increased productivity and attractiveness of their products;• Certified Danfoss LPM products on the Polish market by the New Approach Directives, local regulations (UDT, COBRTI Instal, PZHK) and advised of the regulations, so that all products had the necessary certificates, declarations, etc. to increase their sales and to facilitate the procedures for commissioning of customers;• Involved in the implementation of MRP system for production Solagem, prepared BOMs and operations of heat exchangers and standard substations
