CurrentHired as person knowing methodology of product calculations. Became owner of calculation model for Solid wood factories. Created complex solution (easy to operate) for fast budgeting and volume dependent product calculations, allowing set the price, verify capacities, identification of bottle necks. All IKEA Industry Solid wood factories were using my solution (Goleniów, Stepnica, Konstantynów, Wielbark, Jasna, Tikhvin, Vyatka).After moving to Zbąszyń, became an owner of flatline calculation model. Fixing weak parts of model. Due to poor maintenance of ERP systems which were a base of information implemented in Almhult, Trnava, Lubawa, Sopron. Then created complex solution allowing verification of ERP database with minimal efforts, budgeting and either recalculation of prices for existing product or calculating prices for new products, checking capacities, identifying bottle necks. Implemented in IKEA Industry Almhult and Jasna. During implementation in IKEA Industry Trnava. Next in queue: Sopron, Malacky.Both solutions are being used by Financial Controllers in mentioned factories, so budgeting, budget follow ups are unified, easy, and standardized. They are equipped with verification methods for checking of raw data quality checking (materials, scraps, yields and process efficiencies) and result checking. They are used for price development negotiations as all costs are forecast dependent.
