I contribute to the biggest educational project in advertising industry in Poland- co-creation of new program scheme for the course- running topical lectures on strategy, branding and brand development- running workshops, working as a tutor with students and receiving diploma presentations in several editions of the program

I was in the initial team which established the company and then I have run one of the consultants’ teams. My duties included:- co-creation of strategic tools, methods and processes- leading the team of up to four consultants and researchers- running complex strategic and brand consulting projects- collaboration with research, media, creative and branding agencies- acquiring new clients

- handling regular strategic works for selected clients from telecom, banking, insurance and tech categories- participation in brand consulting projects beyond regular agency services- collaboration with creative department- competitive analyses and presentations

- market & competitive analyses for Polish and international clients- synthesis of data and presentations - monitoring of offers and competition activities for selected clients- participation in projects to create Internet strategies and policies
