• Creation and implementation of a Credit Policy for the entire UGI International Group• Managing a subordinate team.• Reduction of provisions for bad debts.• Control of monthly analysis of debts of the company.• Control of cash and its settlement in depots.• Implementation of the company’s credit policy, including limits setting, payment terms management and customer credit verification. • Implementation of the process of calculating and issuing interest notes.• Periodic reports outsorcing and new customers assessments.• Supporting the Chief Financial Officer in defining and implementing financial processes, as well as in managing cash flow.• Cooperation with debt collection companies and law offices• Cooperation with banks.• Cooperation with the sales department.

Responsibilities of the debt collection department:• Managing a subordinate team• Optimization, unification and development of control functions over the existing financial processes.• Making provisions for bad debts.• Collection of receivables resulting from rental contracts.• Security control of lease agreements from tenants.• Participation in real estate audits and other ongoing projects (eg. Due diligence).• Creation and development of new tools for optimization of implemented processes.• Preparation and implementation of internal procedures• Participation in monthly reporting meetings with foreign clients.• Cooperation with law offices and external debt collection companies.• Close cooperation with other departments in the company.• Reporting to the Management Board.Responsibilities of the payment department:• Managing a subordinate team• Entering transfers to the bank system, and verifying the correctness of the entered bank transfers.• Control over the source documentation of bank transfers.• Booking bank statements made by tenants in the system.• Checking and reconciling balances with both contractors and the accounting office.• Managing the contact with clients, correspondence and documentation.• Preparation of reports for internal purposes, preparation of balance sheets for external entities (client and external accounting).• Monitoring the level of cash in bank accounts and preparing cash transfers.

• Verification of loan applications• Making decisions about the loan grantings.

• Odzyskiwanie należności zgodnie z polityką firmy.

• Customer training in field of card acceptance regulations and terminal service.• Installing card acceptance devices.• Development and analysis of reports and statistics on detained cards.• Analysis of video tapes as part of cooperation with the police.• Debt collection. • Control of the timeliness of debt repayment.
