My name is Arkadiusz Nadolski, most people call me Arek.I am a Senior at University of Wisconsin-Stout in Cross-Media Graphic Management. I have a good work record and have worked many positions before, from employee, to manager, to owner. I have been doing graphic design and printing since my freshman year of high school, and have won many awards and scholarships along the way. I have worked for many companies and helped many employers before such as newspapers, landscapers, construction business, magazines, YouTube channels, DJs, as well as car wash companies. I am also familiar with all industry standard software, cutters, printing presses and post-press processes. I am also highly skilled at design work.As a young entrepreneur I understand basic company policy and customer satisfaction on a business owner level, “if you don’t satisfy the customer, somebody else will” is the policy I live by. Owning my own business for a few years has taught me how my work really impacts a client’s success. That is why I don’t settle for less than the best, and why I love what I do. Increasing sales and revenue with my graphics work is my specialty.I have more than five years of print and design experience and I work well under pressure. My combination of practical work experience and solid educational experience has prepared me for my lifelong goal of being a graphic designer. I understand the level of professionalism and communication required for long-term success in the field.
