Worldwide supply of tobacco, byproducts, NTRM for cigarette manufacturing

-Maintain strong business relations with all clients-Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals -Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans-Maintain projects timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time -Negotiate with clients and suppliers

-Manage product planning and execution-Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Pricing to ensure that targets are met-Providing ongoing service and sales support-Help customers to choose the right products according to exact specification

-Manage all aspects of the business processes, contracts, cost and rebate negotiations, and awarding of business-Manage out-bound logistics services and third-party logistics providers to expand the range of commodities need to support automobile and aerospace manufacturing-Develop standards and implement procedures for materials planning, product acquisition, inventory control, material distribution and logistics management. -Implement cost controls using commodity segmentation, vendor KPI's and cost justification base on key market indicators

-Develop and implement purchasing strategies-Manage daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks -Manage supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc -Maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation-Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs

-Source and purchase non-production goods and services and ensure a sustainable and best possible quality/total cost ratio-Support the General Purchasing Manager for meeting the strategic target-Work with all departments for purchasing demand -Create purchase orders and update in the SAP system -Negotiate pricing agreements of daily demand
