Support Partners works with companies in Russia, CIS, Europe, Asia and Africa.Reporting to the Head of IT, digital and international projects department.Responsibilities:- interaction with top executives of clients: founders, general directors, owners of medium and large businesses (average revenue over $10 million, max $50 million);- analyzing the current situation in the industry and building a search strategy for every vacancy;- searching for C-level candidates through networking and open sources using Boolean search and X-Ray;- conducting interviews and guiding candidates until they receive an offer;- talent mappings;- leading junior recruiters;- being a buddy for new team members: helping them to adopt and imparting experience;- interpretation and explanation of DISC.Achievements:- successful placements of C-level managers in Russia, UAE, Switzerland, China, India and Kyrgyzstan;- more than 90% of candidates passed the probationary period.

Joined the team as a personnel reserve in the Recruitment department.Reported to the Managing director/Head of Recruitment department.Responsibilities:- collecting and analyzing information, systematizing and providing it to the managing director, preparing presentations;- implementation and support of CRM systems within the company, interaction with technical support of platforms;- work with contracts and other documents;- interaction with clients and counterparties;- participation in onboarding of new team members.Achievements:- implementation of Bitrix24 task tracker for a team of 50+ people;- adding new modules in Experium HR CRM system.

The Portuguese Cultural Center, associated with the Embassy of Portugal in Russia, provides Portuguese language courses.Reported directly to the CEO/founder.Responsibilities:- communication with students from Russia, Portugal, and other EU countries: from consultation and initial registration to upselling: more than 250 people per semester;- coordinating a team of teachers in Russia, Portugal, France and Brazil - more than 10 people;- taking part in onboarding of new employees;- consulting on migration to Portugal;- maintaining office, interaction with the landlord, accountant and banks;- working with documents, contracts and invoices;- supervised two employees: a junior coordinator and an evening/weekend administrator.
